love story of LAILA & MAJNU

A boy named Qais fell in love with Laila. He soon began composing poems about his love for her, mentioning her name often. His unself-conscious efforts to woo the girl caused some locals to call him Majnu (madman). When he asked for her hand in marriage, her father refused as it would be a scandal for Laila to marry someone considered mentally unbalanced. Soon after, Laila was married to another man.
When Majnu heard of her marriage, he fled the tribe camp and began wandering the surrounding desert. His family eventually gave up hope for his return and left food for him in the wilderness. He could sometimes be seen reciting poetry to himself or writing in the sand with a stick.
Laila was believed to have moved to present-day Iraq or a place northern Arabia with her husband, where she became ill and eventually died. In some versions, Laila dies of heartbreak from not being able to see her would-be lover. Majnu was later found dead in the wilderness in 688 AD, near Laila’s grave. He had carved three verses of poetry on a rock near the grave, which are the last three verses attributed to him.
Many other minor incidents happened between his madness and his death. Most of his recorded poetry was composed before his descent into madness.
I pass by these walls, the walls of Layla
And I kiss this wall and that wall
It’s not Love of the houses that has taken my heart
But of the One who dwells in those houses
It is a tragic story of undying love much like the later Romeo & Juliet. This type of love is known as "Virgin Love", because the lovers never married or made love.

LETTER FROM RANDA TO HAL

Dear Hal!
I hope you will be fine. I'm fine. I'm in Pakistan. It's sometimes tough to settle in Pakistan again because Australia has more safety and opportunities than Pakistan. I'm attending a college nowadays. Whenever i go to college, i miss our moments when you and I spent our time after school when i was in Brackley. You don't need to be worried about me and my father. He was depressed a little bit when we migrated again but he is better now. I'm missing the time that i spent with your friends. It was enjoyable. Say hello to your parents from me. Ask their present condition.
I'm waiting for your reply. I miss you so much.
                                                                                                                                          Love  Randa

WORK EXPIRIENCE REFLECTION

My work expirience was very good. I was in the field of nursing. It was really good. We worked with a team and sometime its really helped me to learn something new. we changed our department just one day when we were going for the other department of physiotherapy otherwise we were in EGHS as well.
I was very exited on my first day because I was very happy to spend my time in hospital and wanted to learn something related to medicine. I was a little bit upset on my last day because I wanted to do it al least 3 or 4 weeks but i got just a week. I can imagine working there again. I really want to work one more time.
I really enjoyed the task when we were in the Garden View Court. There we were looking after adults. It was really fun to play some games, singing, dancing with piano with them. They were behaving like children. They insisted that I sing something with piano. It was my first experience playing the piano but I really enjoyed it. I enjoyed everything. It was really good. I like everything that we've done.
Actually I want to be a psychiatrist. After VCE, im going to study Medicine and after that i'll specialize in Psychology.
Work experience is a really helpful thing. Students can easily learn what they will do after their studies and in which feild they want to go. It really helped me. Sometimes i miss my days when i was doing work expirience. I want to do it again......... :)
