While seemingly old-fashioned, arrange marriages are still common in many cultures today. Romeo and Juliet tells the story of how a young couple dealt with the issue. Lord Capulet, Juliet's father, is in charge of who she marries. In my culture, many people have had their marriages arranged by thier parents. For example; my parents had an arranged marriage.
